What we do

I-CAR certified technicians

Our crew is trained and tested on the latest collision repair standards from I-CAR — the industry body that sets the rules every body shop should follow.

OEM and OEM-equivalent parts

We source genuine factory parts when your insurance allows it, and OEM-equivalent CAPA parts when it doesn't. No used or aftermarket bumpers without your approval.

Computer-measured frame work

We measure your unibody on a hydraulic bench to confirm the frame is back to OEM tolerances before any panels go on. Cars repaired here drive straight and track true.

Lifetime workmanship warranty

As long as you own the car, we stand behind every weld, every panel and every coat of paint we put on it. If something goes wrong, bring it back.

How it works

  1. 01

    1. Tow & intake

Call us 24/7. We'll dispatch a tow truck if your car isn't drivable and start the file the moment it arrives in our yard.

  2. 02

    2. Estimate & supplement

We document the damage with photos, write a complete estimate and submit it to your insurance. If hidden damage shows up during teardown, we file a supplement so nothing falls on you.

  3. 03

    3. Repair & paint

Structural work, panel replacement, refinish in our heated down-draft booth, color-matched to your VIN. Most jobs run 5–14 business days.

  4. 04

    4. QC & delivery

Final inspection, alignment check, polish and detail. We hand you back the keys to a car that looks and drives like the day you bought it.

Frequently asked

Do I have to use the body shop my insurance recommends?+

No. In California you have the right to choose any licensed shop. Insurance companies can suggest a 'preferred' shop, but the law is on your side — the choice is yours.

How long will the repair take?+

Most collision repairs run between 5 and 14 business days, depending on parts availability and the extent of the damage. We'll give you a target date when we open the file and update you if anything changes.

Will my car ever be the same again?+

If we can repair it to OEM specs, yes. If the damage is bad enough that we can't, we'll tell you straight and help you get the right total-loss settlement from your insurance.

Just had an accident?

Call us 24/7. The tow is on the house when the repair stays with M&V — and you don't have to deal with the insurance company yourself.
