Is the tow really free?+
When the repair stays with us, yes. The cost of the tow is built into the repair, paid by your insurance — not by you.
What if I'm outside North Hollywood?+
We tow anywhere in the greater LA area — the Valley, the Westside, downtown, the South Bay. Call us and we'll quote you over the phone.
What if I want to use a different body shop?+
We'll still come tow you, but we'll bill the standard tow rate. You're free to take the car wherever you want — your insurance covers a reasonable tow either way.
