Frame & Structural Repair

Computer-measured straightening on a hydraulic bench.

If your car was hit hard enough to bend the frame or unibody, you don't want anyone guessing at the geometry. We measure every key point on a hydraulic bench, pull the structure back to OEM tolerances and confirm the result before any panels go on. Cars that come out of our frame shop drive straight, track true and pass alignment without drama.

What we do

Hydraulic frame bench

Multi-point pulls in any direction, with computerized measuring that catches deviations the eye can't see.

OEM-spec tolerances

We don't sign off until the bench prints inside the manufacturer's spec on every reference point.

Sectioning per OEM rules

When OEM allows it, we section rails and rocker panels using factory weld procedures — full-strength repairs, not bolt-on band-aids.

Post-repair alignment

Every car gets a four-wheel alignment after frame work. If the geometry isn't right, the tires wear and the car pulls — we don't let that out the door.

How it works

  1. 01

    1. Strip & measure

Damaged panels off, car on the bench, every point measured against OEM data.

  2. 02

    2. Pull & verify

Multi-stage pulls until the structure is back inside spec. We measure between every pull, never guess.

  3. 03

    3. Section & weld

Where OEM allows it, we section rails using factory-spec welds. Where it doesn't, we replace.

  4. 04

    4. Alignment & QC

Four-wheel alignment, road test, sign-off. Then panels and paint.

Frequently asked

Can a bent frame really be fixed?+

Most modern unibody damage can be brought back to spec on a frame bench. Severe damage may require sectioning or rail replacement — we'll tell you straight what your car needs.

Will my car drive the same after frame repair?+

If we measure it back to OEM tolerances and align it, yes. We won't release a car that doesn't drive straight.

Will insurance pay for frame repair?+

Yes. Frame work is a normal part of a covered collision repair. We document everything and bill your insurance directly.

Was the hit hard?

Don't drive a bent car. Call us, we'll send a tow and get it on the bench so you know what you're dealing with.
