Insurance Claim Help

We talk to the adjuster — you don't have to.

After a wreck, the worst part isn't the damage to the car — it's the hours on the phone with claims adjusters who don't return calls. Hand it to us. We open the claim, deal with the adjuster directly, write the estimate, file every supplement, and bill your insurance directly. You sign one paper and that's the last thing you have to do.

What we do

Direct billing with every major carrier

State Farm, Geico, Allstate, Progressive, AAA, Mercury, USAA, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, Nationwide — and every other major carrier. We bill them directly.

Supplements written for you

When teardown reveals hidden damage, we write a supplement and fight for it. You shouldn't pay for damage you didn't do.

Fight for OEM parts

If your policy entitles you to OEM parts, we make sure you get them — not used or aftermarket substitutes the carrier wants to slip in.

Total-loss support

If the car can't be saved, we help you maximize the total-loss settlement — comparable comps, condition adjustments, the works.

How it works

  1. 01

    1. You call us

One phone call, a few details, an authorization signature. That's all we need from you.

  2. 02

    2. We open the claim

If you haven't already, we'll open the claim with your carrier and get a claim number on file.

  3. 03

    3. We negotiate the estimate

Photos, full estimate, supplement when needed. We argue with the adjuster so you don't have to.

  4. 04

    4. They pay us, you drive

Insurance pays us directly. You only ever pay your deductible (and only if you have one).

Frequently asked

Do I have to use my insurance's preferred shop?+

No. Under California law you choose the shop. Carriers can recommend, but the choice is yours and yours alone.

Will using M&V cost me more than a 'preferred' shop?+

No. We bill standard rates and accept payment directly from your carrier. Your out-of-pocket is your deductible — same as anywhere else.

What if my insurance won't pay for OEM parts?+

We'll read your policy with you, negotiate where the policy allows, and tell you straight if a switch to OEM-equivalent parts will affect quality (usually it doesn't).

Don't fight the adjuster yourself.

Call us and we'll handle the entire claim — from the first phone call to the final payment.
